North Salem, NY

A visit to June Cemetery in North Salem. Rather appropriate for the 4th of July since there were quite a few Revolutionary War Veterans buried there, including John Wallace who made it to 103 years old. There’s also a marker for Sarah Bishop, a hermitess who lived in a local cave for 30 years and finally froze to death one night. She’s buried somewhere in the cemetery, exact location unknown.
